Peter Lik

Peter Lik (b. 1959) is a fine art landscape photographer celebrated for his panoramic depictions of natural environments. Born in Melbourne to Czech immigrant parents, Lik discovered photography at an early age, teaching himself the craft using a simple Kodak Brownie camera. His early experiences in Australia fostered a profound appreciation for the landscape, which would become the central focus of his artistic career.

In the 1980s, Lik moved to the United States, expanding his repertoire to include the dramatic and diverse terrains of North America.
